We still have so many apples left from when we went apple picking a few weeks ago. I am incorporating them in so many things, including this Applesauce Loaf cake! It’s moist, delicious, and is the perfect ratio of apple to cinnamon. It’s really good and has been a hit with any guests we’ve had over recently as well!
For this loaf cake, you’ll need: 2 eggs, some apple sauce, white and brown sugar, melted butter, sour cream, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
