When it comes to making holiday treats, these Chocolate Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa Bites are my all-time favourite! They’re a classic Christmas treat and remind me of my childhood. Last year I had to make a second tray of them because Cole and I couldn’t stay out of them!
These little squares are so creamy, decadent, and delicious. They don’t take a ton of effort to prepare, and in my experience, they’re usually the first thing gone!
These bites are easy to prepare and you only need a few ingredients to make them, Most of the time spent making them is waiting for them to set in the fridge. They’re low maintenance and a wonderful addition to any Christmas gathering or cookie box in my opinion!
To make them, you’ll need some chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and mini marshmallows. The chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter all get melted together and then the mini marshmallows get folded in. Everything goes into a greased 9×13 pan and into the fridge to set for a few hours. Once they are set, cut them into bite-sized squares and enjoy! They freeze well too if you’re looking to make some in advance for the upcoming holidays.
