Cold and flu season is upon us and I for one have been trying to load up on vitamin C as much as I can. This cranberry orange smoothie is something I created a few years ago now and I’m excited to share the recipe. It’s a great source of vitamin C but is also very hydrating. I think you’ll love it too! It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
All you need is some orange juice, cranberries, honey, and a banana. This smoothie is more of a snack than a meal replacement, but is so good! I usually have lots of fresh cranberries on hand this time of year for holiday recipes, but frozen work just as well! Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy!
