I tried my hand at making homemade strawberry preserves last week and it was so easy! We went strawberry picking right before my sister’s wedding weekend, which resulted in our giant basket being neglected for a few days. The strawberries started to get a little soft, so I decided to turn them into preserves and I’m so glad I did!
