How to Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
In a pot, place your desired amount of eggs in the bottom.
Cover them with water, put the lid on your pot, and bring everything to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once the pot begins to boil, turn the burner off but leave the pot covered on the burner for exactly 12 minutes.
When the 12 minutes are up, drain the water and immediately fill the pot with cold water. Let sit for 30 minutes before transferring the eggs to the fridge until you’re ready to peel and eat them.
How to Serve
As I mentioned before, these eggs make a great addition to salads or make a great healthy snack option. They would be good for breakfast or used to make devilled eggs or egg salad too. The possibilities are endless!
How to Store
These eggs will last, unpeeled, in the fridge for up to a week.
