Pumpkin loaf is one of our favourite fall snacks. It’s easy to make and is a nice treat. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and salty all in one. I have been making it for years and I’m excited to share the recipe with you!
All you need to do is mix together some canned pumpkin, milk, eggs, and brown sugar until well combined. Then slowly mix in some salt, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and flour. Once everything is well mixed, pour into a greased loaf pan and top with salted pumpkin seeds. Bake for about an hour and you’ll have a perfect fall treat!

This recipe is one of our favourites and I hope you love it too if you decide to give it a try. It’s the best warm with a hot cup of coffee, but it saves well too and is a great snack once it has cooled too. I make this a few times each fall and it’s always a hit! It makes the whole house smell incredible too, which is always a plus.
