Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, pumpkin purée, and brown sugar.
Slowly add in the cinnamon, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and flour until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and top with pumpkin seeds.
Bake for 55-65 minutes.
Let cool at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
