The classic Oat Bar from Starbucks was such an underrated little treat in its day. It has since been discontinued and while I feel like a lot of people probably haven’t noticed, I was disappointed when I found out. While it wasn’t something I ordered all the time, it made a nice little accompaniment to my caramel macchiato from time to time. I have been trying to recreate something similar at home and think I’ve gotten pretty close.
