Birthday Cake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/4 Cups Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Sprinkles
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugars.
  • Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  • Stir in the salt and baking soda until well combined.
  • Slowly mix in the flour and cake mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles and both kinds of chocolate chips until just incorporated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • After the 2 hours is up, preheat the oven to 350.
  • Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to continue cooling.
