Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter and brown sugar.
  • Then, mix in the egg, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Slowly mix in the flour, salt, and baking soda; stirring until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until just combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place dough into 12 cookies on the parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let cookies cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
