Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, the breadcrumbs, summer savoury, onion, and two teaspoons of the worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Place the mixture into the loaf pan and press down so it is evenly in the pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining two tablespoons of ketchup and two teaspoons of worcestershire sauce. Use a basting brush to evenly coat the top of the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf for 55-60 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
