Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a pot over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter.
Once the butter is melted, add in the marshmallows, stirring until melted.
Add in the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and let set.
Once the Rice Krispie Treats have set, cut them into different sized squares/rectangles.
In a double broiler, melt the baking wafers with the remaining butter. (Because I did 3 separate colours, I only used 1-2 tablespoons of butter for each colour. If you're only doing 1 colour, melt the full 1/4 cup).
Dip the Rice Krispie Treats into the chocolate and finish with the eyeball candies.
Let set for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
