Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
Then, add in the pumpkin purée and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips until just combined.
Use a cookie scoop to evenly place the batter onto the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
