Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Then, add in the pumpkin purée and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until just combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop to evenly place the batter onto the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
