Preheat oven for 400ºF.
In an oven-safe baking dish, add the chopped butternut squash and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Roast for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, add your cranberries to the roasting pan and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until the cranberries start to burst a little.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle in the feta.
Drizzle with honey and serve.
