The Best Pancakes

Delicious, fluffy pancakes that are super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Be careful not to over mix, a few lumps are okay.
  • Heat and oil a skillet. Measure out 1/2 cup portions of the pancake mix and pour into the heated skillet.
  • Cook until little bubbles begin to form, and then flip.
  • Cook for an additional minute and then flip again to ensure both sides are golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup or your favourite toppings.
