What You’ll Need
1.5 cups shredded zucchini (do not squeeze out excess liquid)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cups shredded zucchini sour cream
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp baking powder
How to Make Cheddar Zucchini Bread
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease a 9×5 loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, eggs, melted butter, and sour cream until well mixed.
Mix in the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, stirring until well combined.
Mix in the cheese.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes
Let cool before slicing and serving.
