Easy Oven Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • salmon fillet(s) as many as needed
  • 1 lemon slice per salmon fillet
  • 8-10 asparagus spears per salmon fillet
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  • In a piece of foil, place the salmon fillet, asparagus spears, lemon slice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in the middle. Fold the foil up loosely and place on a baking sheet.
  • Repeat until all salmon fillets are wrapped in foil.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes.
  • Unwrap and serve with your favourite rice.
